St. Mary’s Junior College has the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any feature or aspect of this website, for any reason whatsoever, without explanation or limitation.

SMJC is under no obligation to post or use any submission you may provide and SMJC may remove any submission at any time at its sole discretion. You acknowledge that St. Mary’s Junior College does not pre-screen submissions, but that St. Mary’s Junior College and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) at their sole discretion to block or restrict access to or the availability of, or to disable, any submissions that are available via the website. Without limiting the foregoing, St. Mary’s Junior College and its designees may disable, restrict access to or the availability of any submission that violates the Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. If any of the service on the website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form, and you will maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, current, complete and accurate. You will also choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify St. Mary’s Junior College of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by SMJC or another party due to someone else using your account or password. By using this website and registering for such services, you consent SMJC display of such information via the services and accept all risks of unauthorized access to such information. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, or SMJC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, SMJC may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services or any portion thereof. You are responsible for all costs and charges, including without limitation, phone charges and telecommunications equipment, that you incur in order to use the services.

Payment Methods and Registration of Information

Payment has to be made at that time of registration. Payment can be made either by cash, draft, cheque, credit/debit card (acceptable by ICICI BANK Ltd) or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Admission and Fee Refund Policy

St. Mary’s Junior College reserves the right to cancel the admission/registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees to the student would be entertained.

Cancellation by the Parent
  • If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the school for any reason whatsoever, no refund of amount paid would be given back.
  • If for any reason, the parent/student has paid in excess of the required amount at any time during the academic session either by cheque, draft, credit/debit card, Electronic Fund Transfer or cash, the excess fee amount collected would be adjusted against the ensuing term payments.
Cancellation by St. Mary’s Junior College
  • If circumstances cause St. Mary’s Junior College to cancel the admission, the school will inform the student/parent concerned regarding the reasons for cancellation.
  • In the event of the case for cancellation of admission being found genuine and legitimate, the school management will refund the fees (amount to be considered on a case-to-case basis) to the student/parent by means of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the name of the parent.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold St. Mary’s Junior College, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your submissions, your use of the website including any use by your employees, your connection to the website, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modification of Terms

St. Mary’s Junior College has at any time the right to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the use of this website and that of any sub-websites. In order to provide the most accurate and effective information possible, such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon notice by any means necessary, thereof.

Summary of Agreement

Each of the prior Terms and Conditions of Use validates the entire agreement between St. Mary’s Junior College and you, as the user or visitor of St. Mary’s Junior College website. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use take effect immediately without notice.
